Motion Archive delivers digital products through your order page, client portal, or the secure delivery flow attached to your purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

If a completed order does not appear in your portal, download access fails, or the delivered files are missing or corrupted, you should contact support promptly through the client portal or Discord support. We may ask for your order number, email, and a brief description of the issue.

6. Re-Delivery Requests

We may, at our discretion, assist with a re-delivery request after the 7-day window in cases such as technical failure, mistaken expiry, or verified support issues. Re-delivery is not guaranteed for every order, especially where the original files were already accessed successfully.

7. Fraud, Abuse, or Chargeback Risk

Motion Archive reserves the right to delay, restrict, or cancel delivery where we detect fraud risk, abuse, payment disputes, unauthorized redistribution concerns, or violations of our Terms of Service.
