How will I receive my ident?
You'll receive your order instantly through our Client Portal after your purchase is complete.
Are these idents or project files?
You'll receive the final rendered file, not the project files, unless stated otherwise.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not available after the files have been accessed or downloaded.
What happens if my download doesn't work?
If you experience any issues downloading your order, contact our support team at support@motionarchive.eu and we'll help you as soon as possible.
Can I download my purchase again later?
Your files will remain available in your Client Portal for 7 days after purchase. Please make sure to download them before they expire.
Which software is supported?
Our rendered files work with virtually any video editing software.
Do I need any plugins?
No. Our products are ready to use and don't require any additional plugins.
Do you offer custom idents?
We don't offer fully custom idents, but you can personalize our Paper Ident using the Custom Paper Ident Configurator.
Are your products easy to use?
Yes. Our products are ready to use and can be added to your project in just a few clicks.
Will the ident look exactly like the preview?
Yes. The preview accurately represents the final product you'll receive. No hidden changes or surprises.

We started Motion Archive because we got sick of everyone having to scroll through annoying Payhip pages or DM ident makers just to buy something. We fixed that. Two motion designers came together to build one place where you can find everything you need, without the hassle.
